Name, email, phone, shipping address, payment details (processed securely by our payment provider), foot measurements, and order preferences. For bespoke clients, we retain your last measurements for future orders unless you request deletion.

2. Usage

To process orders, communicate about your purchase, send order updates, and occasionally share new collections or care tips (you may opt out at any time).

3. Third Parties

We share data only with: payment processors, shipping carriers, and email service providers. We never sell your personal data.

4. Security

Industry-standard encryption and secure storage. Access limited to necessary personnel.

5. Your Rights

Access, correct, or delete your data anytime by emailing hello@noomsfootwear.com. We respond within 30 days.

1. Bespoke Orders

Bespoke orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable once production has begun (typically within 48 hours of deposit). If a flaw attributable to our craftsmanship is found, we will repair or remake the pair at no additional cost.

2. Ready-to-Wear

Unworn, original-condition ready-to-wear shoes may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping). Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Care Products

Unopened: Returnable within 30 days for a full refund.
Opened: Final sale — no returns due to product nature.

4. Fit Issues (Bespoke)

If your bespoke pair does not fit as expected, contact us within 7 days of receiving them. We will assess and may offer adjustments, a remake, or — in rare cases — a partial refund. Fit issues caused by inaccurate measurements provided by the client are not eligible for refund.

5. Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.

1. Production Time

Bespoke: 4–6 weeks from deposit confirmation.
Ready-to-Wear: 3–5 business days (if in stock).
Care Products: 2–3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods

Standard (Free on orders $200+): 5–7 business days via tracked courier.
Express ($25): 2–3 business days via priority courier.
International: Calculated at checkout. Typically 7–14 business days. Customer responsible for any import duties/taxes.

3. Packaging

All shoes are shipped in our signature Nooms box with dust bags, shoe trees (bespoke only), and care documentation. Care products ship in protective mailers.

4. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Please inspect your package upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours with photos. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. Lost packages are investigated with the carrier before a replacement is issued (typically 10–15 business days).

Daily Care

• Use cedar shoe trees in every pair when not being worn
• Rotate between pairs — never wear the same pair two days in a row
• Wipe down with a damp cloth after each wear to remove dust and salt
• Allow 24 hours between wears for the leather to breathe and recover

Weekly Maintenance

• Apply leather conditioner with a soft cloth to nourish the leather
• Use a horsehair brush to remove embedded dirt before conditioning
• For polished shoes, apply a thin layer of wax polish and buff with a chamois
• For suede, use a suede brush to restore the nap

Weather Protection

• Apply a water and stain protector before first wear and reapply monthly
• Avoid wearing in heavy rain or snow when possible
• If wet, stuff with newspaper and let dry naturally — never use direct heat
• Salt stains: dab with a 1:1 water and white vinegar solution, then condition

Storage

• Store in dust bags inside the shoe box
• Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Never stack shoes without protection
• For boots, use boot shapers to maintain the shaft

Resoling

All Nooms shoes feature Goodyear welt construction, meaning they can be resoled multiple times. We offer a resoling service — contact us for pricing. We recommend resoling after 6–12 months of regular wear depending on usage.

Improper care voids our craftsmanship warranty. Nooms is not liable for damage caused by neglect, improper products, or unauthorised repairs.
